ccm 60 , Yes A Clews in the centre is correct. He never owned a CCM to keep for himself, every time he built a motorcycle someone came and bought it ! Who can put names to the other people in the picture? One being very famous of all far right ! HA.. ccmicon

Just when i thought i was riding sort of "ok", this picture appears! :oops: You would think at first glance that the front wheel was washing out, but on closer inspection weight transfer has accured, the rear suspension has dipped and this very capable rider is powering off the berm rear wheel steer...

I did a quick search on imber but could not find the pub The Bell inn. sorry minety. Anyway all is not lost as i found a picture of St Giles church which looks in very good condition. I think a nice trail ride and packed lunch would be good. Bring out the BSA's

Perhaps i should elaborate, your bike looks very much a 77 model. if you go onto project 76 ccm and look at the third picture of the seat frame rails where in one loop they join the large top tube, then look at the first picture of your frame , you will see that the same tubes are butt welded to the...

AJ, You could try phoning the ccm factory ,Rachel may be able to help.Do you have the frame number , it should be stamped on the lower steering stem behind the front number plate. Pretty much how project 76 started, before mark waved his magic on it. I guess thats 38 mm forks,big seat, and huge handlebars i think you wil be very[ pipe and slippers] comfortable on this bike :grin: Anyway good luck with the build , do keep posting the pictures. Thanks ccmicon

For me it is definately Dellorto every time, the choke is very effective for cold startingand easy to set up with different jets. If the bike has standard port sizes and valves a 34mm is probabley all the carb you will ever need. Excellent picture, very usefull burner for making toast!! :uhu
