Re: TR5T Engine
My good friend has this TR5T that the owner burnt down his garage with it inside, it supposedly had like 50 miles on it. We are going to salvage as many parts as we can https://img1.jpegbay.com/gallery/007688366/292_f.jpg https://img1.jpegbay.com/gallery/007688366/293_f.jpg https://img1.jpegbay.com/...

Traditional Kick Start is on the right side, Kevin Atherton Former Grand National #23 carries his remote starter in a backpack to start his Street Legal XR750 I haven't the need to carry mine as it is used only at the track and to terrorize the neighbors by running up and down the road at a high rat...

My original Champion Fiberglass tank was leaking and falling apart so I started using this one.
I need to strip and repaint but haven't had the heart to do so

I had a machinist friend chuck mine up in his milling machine and remove .0335 thousands from each side to give .030 clearance each side. Alot nicer job than I would have made with a Dremel and files. I'm sure Mark can knock it out faster than you can drive across town

Re: Southern Classic - 2009
I fondly remember test riding a 56 KHK (900cc) back in 74. From what I remember a Teacher owned it. He brought it in for a tuneup and to rewire some of it as the fabric covered wire had rubbed thru and was giving some trouble. I was a fledgling Harley Partsman/Mechanic at the time at Harrisburg Harl...
