Sorry to hear that your parts are wearing out. Make sure you get the extended warranty with it. Good luck.
I will be riding my bike home from a rally on that day, that's of course if i am still in one piece.

I am suprised you haven't modified a latter Japanese knee to your requirements. Ive got a 2014 modle on my right,
And i must say its fantastic i can run around and play football again. No not us football the real kind.
I can even kneel down and screed floors again, which got me into needing a new one in the first place.
Good luck with it Stan.

Ask for a filler neck so you can lube with 'Castrol R'.

Tks guys. Beet, I ran this one stock till I just wore it out. I guess cadaver knees are an option for people needing to keep them stock like air line pilots but they are out of my budget.

Why the heck do airline pilots need special knees?? Is it in case they have to get down and pray in a hurry?

shortly I meet a old friend of mine from schooldays. he was the son from the villages Doctor. and he is a Doctor now as well.
then I said to him : if I could turn the time back I would also go for a Human Doctor, - not going for machinery repair.
he asked : why ??
I said : every living body has a " self healing " process, maschineris do not have it.
this means, - if you do not poisoning your patients with pills ore anything, they will come up by themselves !
after a short thinking he answered : honestly, - in many case you are right.
BUT
in all the other cases, - you get much easier on to spare parts :!:

Hmm, what should I say ? - - it seams as you stan are one of this " other case "

My advice is to check and find out which is his day job, fake knees or fake Beesa seats....you don't want to leave the hospital with a vinyl covered knee cap, and closed cell foam instead of cartilage, all stitched up with an industrial sewing machine.. :ban

Apparently there are quite a few people in India, not that you would have guessed by their medal haul in the Rio Olympics....

Just finished building rails along side the porch steps so I can pull myself back into the house in the early stages of my new knee.

My sincere thanks to Dr. Ashish M. Rawal MD. @ Dean St Marys hospital in Janesville, Wi. for a wonderful job on my total knee replacement. This is amazing to me compared to the 2000 Model in my right knee.

keep up going yourself and let us know how kickstarting the B50 is doing....

It will be 3 weeks next Monday and I have the stitches out and have been walking without crutches since last Saturday. It straightens all the way and bends 112 degrees at this point. Leg is pretty weak yet. They told me I could start driving in about a month, I started in 6 days. This is so much better than the right one I got in 2000 that it seems almost unbelievable. Think I finally got lucky on something medical.

I bet the B50 crankshaft isn't in as much pain the day after the new con rod is installed as this knee deal. Thank goodness it gets better quickly after that though. <1011
