Is the breather boss on your example welded on rather than cast in?

It's a welded boss , my motor look as if it was just a B50 pulled out of the parts bin and reworked . The boss for the trans bearing and seal is 1/8 " wider than B50 , it has been welded and machined . The head , cylinder and rocker box are B50 , but trans gears , clutch , clutch engagment and primary are different , all hand done .
