this is ONE reason why the the mod ( lubbing rockers from feed pump ) is working.

the SECOND reason can be: the point, taking off the line to the rocker box is set just AFTER THE PUMP and BEVORE THE PRESSURE NON RETURN VALVE.
if so, the springloadet valve is holding a surtain pressure at the pump, ergo at the line to the rockers.
but it depends hardly by the spring length for the ball.

the line wich has NO pressure by higher revs is between the non return valve and the flywheel!

this is why I use a

easy to reach and to adjust pressure


a Oil Pressure Gauge is showing me continuously the press the pump is doing.

since a shorter wile I do run a line from just after the feed pump up to the rockers.
Oil Press: cold : 2.5 bar, - hot: 0.5 bar.
( cold 2.5 bar because my self-made pressure relief valve opens at this point )

the reason for it is NOT the amount of oil going to the valve train, NO, - it is the difference in temperature of the oil.
the oil from the feed pump is average 15° C cooler than the oil coming out by the scavenge.
