Almost a B50

Postby ghislain » Wed May 25, 2016 11:13 am

My friend Robert found this bike a month ago ...
http://bsamicale.forumsactifs.net/t2583 ... n-manquant

It will be a good companion for his B40, his two B44 (one GP, one Victor), his TR25T , his two B50 (Mx and SS) and all his other mess !!!!

Wow!

Is that a Weslake head? Never seen one.

Love how there are lightening holes in the kickstart, gear lever, etc. All ready to fill with mud and make the bike harder to clean...

Yes, Weslake head , and Robert has got the full history of the bike , which was built by Rickman Bros. for french rider Michel Jacquemin (2nd in french championship with this very bike in 1968) . Weslake head was added 2 years later ...
And Robert has found the very period rear and seat on adverts !!! :ban
