Can anyone confirm this is a CCM cam profile? it looks like the exhaust lobe is pretty wild.
would profile suit a 550 with a 3 speed gearbox.

Might be photo distortion, me not having a clue about what i'm on about! or the top of that lobe is not ground correctly! or just simply worn out.

That looks like a B44 grass track cam to me, uses C15 followers and is buggered!

BTW, no such thing as a CCM cam for the two valve engine.

Thanks I think I will, didnt look right to me. what do most people find is a good cam with a bigbore B50 and a 3 speed box for mx work?

I have to agree with that, and I wouldn't use anything else, I use them on my road bikes and they are perfect at the bottom, middle and top ranges. in my experience the megacycle, while giving good power output tend to wear too quickly for my liking. and no that's not due to over poundage of valve springs.
