1971 B25t repair manual

Postby hemisxpck » Mon Apr 27, 2015 8:47 am

I just got a BSA B25t victor that is in need of a restoration. What is a good manual to use. I am looking for one that is in depth and has the torque specifications.

Thank you

<135 hemisxpck, depending where you are in the world you should be able to buy paper copies of the BSA workshop manual and parts list from your local BSA parts shop - they are also available for sale in pdf format on the internet. You can also view the parts lists using the Spareparts button at the top of this page. Peter Quick's website http://www.bsaunitsingles.com/ also has info on it you can download and is good for buying parts if you are on the American continent (it helps to know where you are in the world - you might want to update your profile with this info). Another good addition to your library are the Rupert Ratio books (local dealer and /or Amazon). The first one for all engine info and the second for tinware etc info. Brad Jones book O.I.F. B25/B50: The Incomplete Guide is another great reference guide.

<135 hemisxpck, Rich has said it all, including editing your profile to let us know roughly where you are. While the afore mentioned book list is essential, by far the greatest help can be found here. You would not believe the stuff people know on this site! So ask away, keep us posted with you project, don't forget pictures, and enter your bike's details on the register. <135

Thank you very much for the information, will look for those books, and thank you for the workshop manual. I will try and get some picks soon, I am working on a BSA B25t and a triumph T25 (so pretty much the same bike).
