Clutch center mod
If you find your clutch center like this.(Yellow arrow: Broken screew or without any treads)
Or you just are going to change the rubbers inside the center

Do also a check on the bolts for the clutch springs (Red Arrow)
If you can turn them, give them a punch on the backside with a punch and hammer.
Put your bike in 4:th gear and brake while you remove the center nut.
Don´t forget the Spacing washer and lockwasher.

This is how I remove the clutch center. First with a 2 arm then with a 3 arm extractor.

A 5 mm mild steel rivet 1 " long is going to be inserted instead for the screews.

I have drilled the holes with a 5 mm drill. This is realy hard material!! Countersink the holes.
Mount new oil and fuel resistant Nitrile cush drive rubbers from PES. PES Homepage
If you use ordinary rubbers: Do NOT use grease or oil!!! Use liquid soap if needed.

This is the rivet before I have been hammering it down with a round hammer.
Compress the front and rear on the clutch center before you start hammering.

The final wiew. Tighten the bolt with 55-60lb/ft or 7,6-8,3 kg/m in torque.
Don´t forget the lockwasher.
Next time you wants to change the rubbers you have to drill out the rivets.
