Original Oil Filter

Post by minetymenace »

Not sure where to put this, but having trawled around looking for oil filters for my central heating, I found this which looks like a very good match for the original oil filter option on our bikes (or this). I've not bought one to check, but apart from the green bowl which could easily be repainted, it looks pretty similar.

The pipe threads are 1/4 BSP which is pretty standard, I don't know what the bowl retaining bolt is, I guess metric, and the mounting flange is just slots as per the original, so I guess you could file them out to or bush them if they are under/over size...
