dirkvelde please modify your profile and let everyone know roughly where in the world you are, it helps with recommending a supplier.

You see I moved your post into parts wanted for obvious reasons.

In the UK, PES make new gearbox bits.
There is no evidence to support the notion that life is serious.

Were out of a few gears still but hope to have them all done before the year is out.

B44 as well? I enquired a year ago but no stock at PES, but I have managed through lots of fettling to get the gearbox to a point of just jumping out of 2nd at medium revs instead of jumping out of 1st and 4th at low revs, I need 3 new gears to fix the 2nd gear issue properly. I bought quite a few used gears in a vain attempt to fix it :uhu

However, I’m still able to get out on a vintage bike ride tomorrow on the B44, with 50 other nutters on old bikes 😆 I just have to be careful not to rev it too high in 2nd.
