Cam-plate spring in the gear-box by Barry Pope
A current problem is the cam-plate spring in the gear-box, which locates the cam-plate for each gear and which breaks at regular intervals leaving the bike stuck in top gear. This can be cured by fitting two of the leaf springs and leaving the backing-plate out.

I have tryed this but it did´t work very well on my bike.
I got a short gearcange lever and changing the gears was very hard.
When you change the spring, change it when the selector fork spindle and
selector spindels is on place!!!!
